SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
We encourage the submission of unpublished working papers, case studies, and work-in-progress that are not under review or being submitted elsewhere, and are written in English.
PLEASE READ THESE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR PAPER
Authors should remove their names from the manuscript and take appropriate measures to prevent any indirect identification. Please follow the steps outlined below:
(1) Prepare a separate file titled “AuthorInfo-[Paper Title].docx” according to the following formatting instructions: AuthorInfo_template_ICEFM2025;
(2) Prepare an abstract file titled “Abstract-[Paper Title].docx” and ensure that it is anonymous;
(3) Submit both files through the CMT portal:
P Submission File (anonymous abstract file), and
P Supplementary Material (author information file) by June 5, 2025.
You will receive an ID number for the paper.
(4) Prepare full anonymized paper using the formatting instructions provided in: Manuscript_template_ICEFM2025;
(5) Access your existing submission via the paper's assigned ID in the CMT system and upload the full anonymized manuscript (as an additional Submission File) by July 15, 2025. Do not create a new submission.
*Note: Authors who have not submitted abstracts are still allowed to submit their full manuscripts within the given time frame.
Abstract guidelines

- The abstract should clearly outline the research objectives, scope of the study, methodology, key findings, and contributions. Relevant JEL classification codes should be included below the abstract. Abstracts will be reviewed for relevance and quality before acceptance.
- Length: Maximum of 250 words.
- Keywords: 3 – 5 words.
- Format: A4 paper; font Times New Roman, size 13; left margin: 30mm; top, bottom, and right margins: 25mm; line spacing 1.3.
- Submit in docx format.
- Deadline: June 5, 2025.
Full manuscript Guidelines

- Length: Maximum of 7.000 words (including references, figures, and tables).
- Format: According to the formatting instructions provided above.
- Submit in docx format.
- Deadline: July 15, 2025.

Submitted papers will be reviewed and selected for publication in the conference proceedings with ISBN code. Additionally, selected papers will be invited for further review and consideration for publication in Scopus-indexed journals, subject to the journal’s peer-review process.
